Terri Heggum-Allen and Steve Allen have been partners of Loftus Allen & Co. for more than 25 years. The firm was founded by Steve’s grandfather in 1926. It is through this personal experience and with the many years of experience working with families that we develop unique plans that best suit our clients.

Terri was National Executive Director of The Canadian Association of Family Enterprise from 2000 to 2005 and is a member of the Family Firm Institute with a certificate in family firm advising. In 2007, Terri completed training as an Imago Educator. She has extensive experience facilitating business family meetings relating to ownership, family and business issues.

Steve was President of The Canadian Association of Family Enterprise – Upper Canada Chapter from 2003 to 2005 and has completed the Corporate Directors Course at Rotman’s through the University of Toronto. He has diverse experience in many sectors of the Canadian small business community, working with small-business owners.
